Interim Recruitment Assistants

Venn Group's dedicated HR division are pleased to advertise three Interim Recruitment Assistant vacancies on behalf of our NHS client. The positions are all based in Willerby, on an interim 3 month basis.
We are looking to recruit 3 individuals with substantial administration experience on a temporary basis, to provide support to the Recruitment Team and ensure the smooth running of the recruitment service.
It will be the post holder’s responsibility to provide support to colleagues and senior members regarding recruitment processes, act as a first point of contact for any queries, process large volumes of recruitment data and paperwork, co-ordinate and organise recruitment activity as well as maintaining up to date documentation and attention to detail at all times.
The successful candidate must have:
- Strong administration or recruitment knowledge
- Significant experience of building effective working relationships at all levels
- Good IT literacy skills
