Temporary Rent Administration Officer
Venn Group have been approached by a public sector organisation in the Greater Manchester area to recruit for a Rent Administration position. The position is based in Rochdale and is for at least 8 weeks to assist the organisation. It is paying £9.77 per hour and it is 20 hours per week.
Your duties will include:
- General administration duties
- Input data into the QL system
- Deal with rent and Housing Benefit queries
- Take payments
- Provide service users support with filling out forms
The successful candidate must have:
- The successful candidate must have worked in an administration role before and must have good housing knowledge
