Contract Requirement

School Office Administrator
Venn Group are currently working with a school in South East London who are seeking an Office Administrator who can provide highly professional secretarial support and office administration to staff and students
Location: South East London
Length: 3 months
Rate: TBC

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Occasionally acting as receptionist
  • Operating with the school’s database - SIMS
  • Be the first point of contact for personnel issues, answering telephone calls, emails and   responding to requests for information
  • Maintain student and staff records
  • Maintaining all staff HR records, including sickness, absence, performance and training


The successful candidate will have:

  • Previously worked within an educational setting
  • Vast experience in office administration
  • SIMS or experience with other management information systems (MIS)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excel
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
