Senior Family Solicitor

Full Time – Permanent
A leading L500 firm seek an experienced Solicitor to take a senior role within their reputable Family team. This position is ideally suited to an ambitious Solicitor with a passion for leading at the forefront of an established department.
The team manages a busy caseload of high quality private family matters including matrimonial and financial agreements on behalf of a mixture of medium to high net worth clients.
As part of their succession planning, the firm are seeking a Solicitor who is keen to assume a senior role with the team and confidently manage and supervise junior Fee Earners.
This position would suit an experienced Solicitor looking to step up into a management capacity with a clear set route to Partnership. Similarly, the firm would like to hear from current Partners who are seeking the next challenge in their career.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with a minimum of five years PQE and a proven track record of fee generation in private family law.
You will be skilled at building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and willing to play an active role in the team’s business development activities demonstrating a drive to contribute to the departments’ growth and success.
