Service Administrator

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator for the NHS in the Stockport area on a 2 month contract

The role will involve organising meetings, occasionally taking minutes and diary management for the team. The successful candidate will be required to be the main point of contact for 3 clinics, answering phone calls and escalating queries where necessary as well as conveying initial information to the relevant teams. Other administration duties also include; scanning, filing, copying, ordering stationary and pulling out information from excel spreadsheets for staff training.

Knowledge of Safeguarding is advantageous and a good understanding of confidentiality is essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, communicate with all levels of staff confidently and be proactive in all tasks given.
