Venn Group are currently recruiting for two Service Desk Analysts for a major public sector organisation in the South West.
Duration: 3 months initially
Rate: £12.85/hour PAYE
- Supporting a wide variety of applications and software across the organisation
- Working closely with specialist teams providing all levels of support whilst maintaining a customer focussed approach
- Logging and resolving all incoming Incident and Service Requests quickly and effectively or assigning the enquiry to the relevant specialist team
- Monitoring the status of calls and taking appropriate action, including escalation where necessary and monitoring and logs the actual service provided
- Will be able to work full-time hours on a shift pattern with a variety of start and finish times between 7.00-18.00
- Experience of working on an IT Service Desk
- Use of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange in an administration capacity
- Good fault diagnosis skills with a logical approach to problem solving
