Service Desk Analyst
Oswestry
3 month initial contract
£15 per hour via an umbrella company
Start ASAP


The ideal candidate must have:

  • Delivered 1st line IT Support
  • Excellent customer service skills (experience delivering support face to face is highly desirable)
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work autonomously and use their initiative to handle difficult situations
  • Strong Microsoft and Active Directory experience

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing 1st line IT support working to SLA’s
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and log all fault information on to system 
  • Reset user passwords
  • Create email addresses in Active Directory and PowerShell
  • Installing software remotely using Dameware and LogMe In
  • Create email accounts
