Service Improvement Project Manager

Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS organisation based in Surrey who is urgently looking for a Service Improvement Project Manager to help develop projects in line with the Trust’s Strategic Delivery Programmes

Length: 3 months

Rate: £260 per day umbrella, Inside IR35

Location: South East

Start Date: March start date

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Programme Management Office to manage and support the delivery of service improvement and redesign projects
  • Taking direct responsibility for the planning and implementation of programme and project deliverables
  • Managing and facilitating service improvement sessions collaboratively, using best practice approaches and a wide range of improvement tools
  • Leading the development and implementation of transformation and service improvement practices
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered within specified timeframes and within budgets to the desired quality
  • Taking the lead on transformational improvement and change,
  • Work with key stakeholders including senior staff to support the delivery of transformation projects and programmes
  • Establishing appropriate governance and assurance
  • Managing risks and issues and ensuring operational management are supported to lead the required business change 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have significant experience of implementing a wide variety of change projects within an Acute setting
  • Possess experience in building credible project plans, identifying activities, resources, timescales and milestones
  • Have an in date DBS
