Venn Group Social and Housing Recruitment Team are currently recruiting for a permanent Service Manager for a Housing Association based in Hampshire to join their growing team.

Location: Hampshire
Contract Type: Permanent – (scope to go temp – perm, dependent on availability)
Hours: 37.5
Salary: £27,255 – 28 days holiday (including bank hols)


  • Managing 5 supported living services for clients with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, across Hampshire and Surrey
  • Managing one outreach service for 16 clients across Hampshire
  • Conducting multi site management
  • Overseeing two Team Leaders
  • Conducting one to ones, appraisals and dealing with disciplinarians
  • Attending internal and external meetings
  • Overseeing varying budgets alongside the operations manager
  • Continuingly improving the quality of service, demonstrating good knowledge of financial and business management
  • Managing the recruitment of new staff
  • Supporting clients to achieve their individual goals and outcomes

Essential Skills:

  • An up to date DBS (within 3 years)
  • Strong working knowledge of clients with Autism
  • A driver with access to their own vehicle
  • QCS registered (level 5) – or willing to work towards
  • Framework Diploma (QCF) or equivalent
  • Management in Care Services (LMCS) or equivalent
  • Multi site management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel
