Job Description

A well known organisation is looking for a motivated and dependable Soft Service Manager in the Hertfordshire area on permanent basis.

Main responsibilities will include monitoring three major contracts and regular liaison with both the client and contractors. As the Soft Services Manager you will be responsible for the management of two direct reports, Facilities Managers. You will also hold overall responsibility of C.180 indirect reports including Supervisors and Operatives. You will be expected to carry out weekly toolbox talks, complete monthly appraisals and conduct quality audits on contracts. It is imperative you have strong interpersonal skills as you will be managing relations with clients, contractors and the public.   

The ideal candidate will have management experience specifically with monitoring contracts, producing reports and managing relations in a commercial environment.
