Our client is looking for a temporary Support and Development Coordinator to join their friendly and hardworking team for an initial 3 month contract.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department including filling, faxing, issuing contracts and any other duties required within the department
- Undertake all administrative processing and the development and maintenance of efficient data and administration systems
- Liaising with other staff in the department with regards to data management and any other queries
- Organising open day events to include booking venues, catering and content
- Experience of providing admin support in a busy office environment
- Collaborative work
- MS office
- Strong IT/data base experience
