We are currently working with a Public Sector organisation based in the West Midlands, who are seeking an experienced Interim Systems Accountant to join their friendly but busy team.
Your main responsibility in the role will be to assist the Head of Financial Systems in their upgrade to a Cloud-based financial system. The ideal applicant will have hands on technical experience of data migration.
- Work closely with the Head of Financial Systems to assist in the client’s implementation of the Oracle Fusion ERP financial systems
- You will be a point of contact for staff members and will be involved in training them in regards to Oracle Fusion
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date within the finance function and wider business
- Assist with Oracle month-end support including closing ledgers and re-opening periods for review
- Applicants may be part or fully qualified
- Local Government or Public Sector experience is desirable
Duration: 3 Months Initially
Rate: Negotiable dependant on experience
