A well known organisation based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire who currently operate out of 13 countries worldwide with over 100,000 clients are currently seeking a Sales Professional to join their busy team on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract before going permanent pending a performance review. A proven track record in a similar position is desirable.
Reporting directly into the Head of Internal Sales, the Telesales Manager role is integral to the Commercial and Sales functions.
- To analyse reporting to identify gaps in customer order patterns and to work to close these gaps
- Source copy contracts to calculate customer shortfalls
- To call contracted customers to obtain wholesale orders
- To process all orders on M3 system
- To ensure that KPI reports are produced and shared with key business stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
- Demonstrable track record of success in a similar role
- Target driven and competitive by nature
- Project Management and strong organisational skills
- Disciplined, analytic approach to problem solving
- Shows a desire to continuously learn and develop
