Venn Group are recruiting for an interim Receptionist within a public sector organization, duties include:
- The successful candidate will be undertaking general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing and typing
- It is essential to have a good telephone manner, as you will be the first port of call for any service users
- A beneficial skill would be to have previous experience working with challenging clients, and must have a calm demeanor
- The successful candidate will be between the back office and the front desk, checking candidates for appointments and processing referral letters
