Service Desk Analyst

Location:                           Northamptonshire
Hours:                                37.5 Hours per week
Duration:                           3 Months initially
Start date:                         ASAP
Hourly rate:                       £10 - £12 (Umbrella, inside IR35)
 

Job summary

  • To provide a service desk call logging and first line incident resolution service
  • Provide a local service to customers installing, supporting, and developing the use of ICT facilities throughout the organisation
  • Provide 1st line support to 3500+ IT users
  • To ensure that services are delivered to agreed SLAs
  • To work as part of small technical project teams across ICT to deliver new

Services and service improvements

  • To assist with providing technical advice and information
  • Identify trends in incidents logged to team Senior to raise problems
