Interim Workflow Coordinator
Venn Group are currently working with a large organization in the Cheshire area who require an interim Coordinator with experience of managing multiple members of staff in an administrative capacity.
The key role responsibilities are:
Providing hands on management to a busy team who will require guidance and support on various matters
Coordinating work, and allocating responsibilities across the wider team
Travelling across the Cheshire footprint to provide face to face management
Liaising with different levels of staff, from junior to senior
Delivering team objectives, ensuring that targets are hit and strict policies are adhered to to facilitate this
Involvement in the day to day progress of reports and cases, working to strict deadlines
