Interim Youth Offending Systems Project Manager

I am currently working on an exciting opportunity for an Interim Project Manager to join a leading Local Authority in London. The successful consultant will be responsible for the procurement and implementation of a new Youth Offending System. The role is offering competitive market rates and will be on a 3 month rolling basis. The role is Outside of IR35 legislation.

As the Interim Project Manager, you will be responsible for gathering the requirements from the service for the procurement of a new Youth Offending system, as well as the management of its implementation, including the migration of data.

In addition, there will be an additional IT project to be managed, however, this is yet to be decided.

The Interim Project Manager will have experience in the following areas:
 

  • Leading and managing medium to large scale IT Projects
  • Implementation of Social Care Systems
  • Gathering requirements from a Local Government setting
  • Producing project initiation documents 
  • Project budget management where applicable 
  • Managing risks and issues
  • Experience in system integration
