Congratulations to David Harney, who has been promoted to Senior Executive Consultant within our London Local Government business unit.
To celebrate this achievement, we asked David, his Manager, Karima Dakhama and Senior Manager, Rula Tripolitaki for comment:
“David has successfully navigated his way through a complex period in the local government market during his time with Venn so far, achieving notable success; particularly in selling and delivering our consultancy model to clients. He has shared responsibility for our largest multi-year technology innovations programme within a London Borough, and we have seen him become part of the fabric of this work, forging strong and lasting relationships with clients and associates along the way.
David’s role is intrinsic to us continuing to build this model of delivering solutions for our clients and it’s been a pleasure to see his development, particularly over the last year. I’ve no doubt that he will continue to exceed expectations.”
Rula Tripolitaki – Senior Manager
“David Harney’s promotion to Senior Executive Consultant has come from his determination in an ever-changing market. He has worked hard to promote our team vision to clients, promoting our offering across the various ‘routes to market’ and providing resource solutions to fit their needs.
David has secured one of our largest consultancy contracts with a local government client, understanding his market enough to match their requirements with the right solution. We are excited to see David grow in this role and replicate his successes.
It’s been a pleasure having David as part of the team – well done!”
Karima Dakhama – Manager
“I started at Venn Group in March 2017 and have been welcomed in the team ever since.
It has taken hard work, networking and dedication to truly offer a valued service for my clients. This has paid dividends, but there is always space to grow further. In our team we are constantly looking for more ways in which we can add value as an interim and consultancy specialist. By pushing this value proposition, we are now being invited on to Programme and Project Boards. This allows us to deliver a genuine partnership with our clients.
There is further opportunity for our team to grow across Change & Transformation in local government by continuing and developing relationships across London.
I look forward to seeing what the future holds for this team and my own personal development.”
