May - In just four years we achieve the milestone of 1000 contractors working through us each week.

April - We open our Manchester office, with rapid business growth in the North of England.

August - Investor In People accreditation awarded, the global benchmark in people management.

July - We celebrate the milestone of 2000 contractors working through Venn Group each week.

May - We open our Milton Keynes office supporting CaMKOx, the UK’s fastest growing and most productive technology cluster, with cutting-edge research facilities.

September - Our Leeds office is opened, building on the success of our Manchester office and answering growing regional business demand

Listed in The Sunday Times Profit Track 100, as one of the fast growing privately owned companies in the UK.

October - Awarded Employer of the Year by Kaplan AAT for our apprenticeship programme.

Establish our internal compliance team to support multiple framework supply; the team is later awarded Neuven Platinum status.

Accredited G-Cloud and Digital MarketPlace DOS supplier by the Government digital service.

February - We begin our partnership with the Young Women’s Trust, volunteering our recruitment skills to support their CV service.

April - Our Construction & Engineering division opens based in our Birmingham and Manchester Offices.

September - To celebrate the milestone processing our one millionth PAYE timesheet, Nigel Evans (whose timesheet it was) is presented with a bottle of champagne by Thomas Brown.

January - Our Empowering Employment Initiative launched to support our stakeholders’ objective to enhance young people’s employability.

April - Following our annual HealthTrust Europe NMNC audit, we received a Platinum Pass with an exceptional score of 99.39%. This ensured we retained our status as a trusted Platinum Supplier.

September - Awarded “All Lot supplier” to the Crown Commercial Service RM6160 framework, testament to the hard work, commitment and service our consultants provide to this sector.

July - Avenir retained as our Diversity & Inclusion partner, supporting our commitment to do our best as a Group to listen and learn, to evaluate, inform and improve our corporate and individual behaviours.

August - Awarded the prestigious Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Award marking our commitment to promote transfer of skills that candidates have gained in the military community into the civilian workplace. 

September - Awarded an expanded list of provider services to the G-Cloud framework (G-Cloud 12). Supporting our Government, NHS and Education partners.

October - We are successfully appointed to the Workforce Alliance’s Clinical and Healthcare Staffing Framework. This award recognises our consistent status as a trusted supplier to the NHS.

January - Awarded supply to TWSII, an NHSE&I approved framework. Supporting Lot 4a Non-Clinical Bands 1-7 and Lot4b Non-Clinical Bands 6-9, including VSM and Executive Recruitment.
