I started my career in the recruitment industry in 1997 and joined Venn Group in its founding year. My comprehensive knowledge of our organisation has enabled me to evolve and build a brand that is committed to our core values.
Initially on the sales team I was promoted to Associate Director of the London Public Sector division in 2008 before my move to lead external communications. This front office experience has given me the ability to promote our brand and that of our partners, whilst remaining sensitive to the confidential and personal nature of the recruitment process.
My role covers many streams from supporting frameworks, case study creation, stakeholder reviews, website and social media management and involvement in our Diversity and Inclusion and Social Value strategies.
