Throughout my recruitment career, I’ve learnt that in order to be successful, you must strive to add value by creating a positive experience for candidates and clients. This is a necessity for every interaction to build long lasting connections with both parties.
My core value, which is a prominent feature of both my personal and corporate life, is ‘helpfulness’. I strongly believe in the idea that ‘people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care’.
Outside of corporate life I enjoy pushing my own boundaries. Recently I climbed Kilimanjaro, and am planning to run in the Petra marathon in Jordan next year.
