Revalidating our Silver Award and strengthening our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We are proud to announce that we have successfully revalidated our Silver Award under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, reaffirming our continued commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.

Our organisation has proudly been a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant since 2018. The Covenant represents a national promise that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families - including the bereaved - are treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve with their lives.

Revalidating our Silver Award reflects the tangible steps we continue to take to uphold these principles - from creating inclusive employment pathways to fostering a workplace culture that recognises the value, skills, and dedication of the Armed Forces community.

Last week, Elly Hanna and Robert Bowyer were honoured to attend an The Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association event aboard HMS Wellington. The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with like-minded organisations across London that share a strong commitment to supporting service personnel, veterans, and their families.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Employer Recognition Scheme team, particularly Jack Parry and Daniela Sahaj, who will be supporting us as we continue our journey toward achieving Gold status in our next application.

We encourage all organisations to get behind the Armed Forces Covenant and play their part in ensuring that those who serve and have served receive the recognition, fairness, and opportunities they deserve.
