I started my career at Venn Group in February 2005 as a consultant and member of the Finance Division within our Birmingham Office. In 2008, I was given the opportunity to set up the new Legal Division for the Midlands region. I am incredibly proud that this division has gone from strength to strength over the last 12 years and continues to grow and develop. My current role looks after specialist teams across both the legal and local Government sector, covering the Midlands, East of England, the Northern Home Counties and the South West.
Working closely with colleagues across our network of offices, together we have established ourselves as market leaders in locum legal recruitment across both the public and private sectors as well as niche interim specialists across the Local Government sector. We currently work with the majority of Local Authorities across the UK, not only within the legal sector but also across Public Health, Social Care, SEND/Educational Services, Capital Programmes & Infrastructure, Change and Transformation, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, Audit, Risk and Governance.
I am excited to be part of the continued growth and success, not only of my teams, but also the wider expansion and achievements of Venn Group as leaders in the temporary, interim and contract market. I am incredibly proud of what Venn Group and its people have achieved since the company formed in 2001. Our growth has been built on a collaborative team based approach, a genuine belief in meritocracy and a culture of honesty and integrity, that fits well with my own personal values.
Outside of work, I have a young son, who keeps me busy and I love spending time with both family and friends. I also really enjoy going out walking in the countryside with my dog, keeping fit, and going on as many holidays as possible!
