At Venn Group we believe in employment for all and our Empowering Employment Initiative provides support to our stakeholders whose objectives are to enhance employability.

Our initiative began in 2018 and we are pleased to report that we have reached 65% more people in 2020. This huge increase in our second year reflects the reputation of our scheme and the massive impact the pandemic is having on employment. Throughout last year’s engagement programme, it quickly became apparent that our webinars were not just about preparing people for employment but fulfilled a requirement of providing individuals with a platform to discuss their skills and raise confidence in their abilities.

The figures and testimonials below show the impact we made last year, and with the game changing move to online we are confident we can engage with hundreds more people and partners this year. If you would like to learn about the webinars and support sessions that we can provide for your organisation please contact Elly Hanna on ehanna@venngroup.com

Their years of expertise in the recruitment market has been invaluable to our clients. The webinars had a significant impact on our clients who now have increased confidence and motivation to find a new job.”

“I worked in a primary school for the last 7 years and before that I worked at gap for 10 years. So it's been a long time since I had an interview I was not looking forward to it but feel more prepared after the meeting earlier so thank you.”

“Your Future, Your Ambition were delighted to have Venn Group facilitate workshops with young people from diverse backgrounds at our recent STEAM career event. Niki and Rula’s sessions on CV writing and interview skills were both inspiring and engaging. The young people who took part asked lots of questions and the expertise of the team added real value to our event. We look forward to working with Venn Group in the near future.”

“I am absolutely amazed by this feedback! How clever to put people together regarding their educational background and experiences. This makes the feedback just right. My greatest Thanks to you and all of your team, you're amazing and it makes me emotional thinking about how much this support means to all of us young women making their way”.
