Faye Taylor Promotion

​Following Faye Taylor’s promotion to the exclusive Principal Consultant club, we found out a bit more about her.

What drives you?

“For me, my drive is made up of two parts. On a personal level it’s providing our son with everything he could want in life. He’s the reason I strive to be the best – so he sees daily that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. Within my career, it’s developing relationships with clients and candidates so we build partnerships they know they can trust in.”

You specialise in Legal what do you enjoy about this market?

“Having worked in other recruitment sectors previously, I found my “home” when I joined Venn Group’s Legal team. Here I got to embrace my passion for the sector, draw on my 4+ years of legal experience and combine it with my love of recruitment. I am surrounded by a fantastic team and speak with some of the best clients and candidates who are all truly a pleasure to work with.”

 Is there anything in life or work you would want to go back and change?

“I am a very big believer that everything happens for a reason. Learn from the past but love the present and live for the future!”

 How do you think your colleagues would describe you?

“Well, this could be opening Pandora’s box! But if I had to pick a few words (by which I mean it’s how I secretly hope they would describe me) I would say hardworking, driven, caring and direct.”
