Congratulations to Nicola Weaver on her appointment as CRM trainer. Her role will be a driving force in our transition to the new CRM compassing: training, development, quality and data assurance and process improvement. Having previously held responsibility for the learning and imbedding of a new cloud-based system at TUI, she brings excellent experience coupled with an abundance of enthusiasm.

We spoke to Nicola about the new system and her role.

“The system is looking really good, it’s very clever. All the tasks we need to do from the start of the recruitment process to the end are in one place and the programme team are working hard to configure the system to Venn Group’s needs to ensure maximum efficiency. I am looking forward to the training sessions and will work hard to make them practical and easy to follow. I know this is big change and I am committed to ensuring everybody at Venn Group is confident and comfortable with the CRM to maximise the positive impact it will have.”
