What is this promotion testament to?
Hard work, keeping up to date on what is happening in our sector and building long lasting meaningful relationships within the Local Government sector. I always try to find ways to add value to our clients and the project consultants we work with.

What’s the difference between a good consultant and a great consultant?
Building long standing relationships and offering multiple solutions to the problems people face.
You need to take the time to understand your clients and candidates and go the extra mile to add value. We are always looking at ways to adapt our service and these last two years within our Social Value programme, we have delivered Employability workshops, mentoring and digital skills for staff and residents of the councils we work with.
You specialise in Local Government, what do you enjoy about this market?
The wide range of areas we cover in change & transformation across all areas of government as well across all of IT. Also the characters you come across in Local Government who genuinely care about their residents and making a difference to their lives is refreshing to see.
Best bit of advice in life or work?
Don’t fear failure or not understanding everything, setbacks are a way to improve and adapt – if we were perfect, life would be boring.
What drives you?
Making a difference, I’ve made a lot of friends through the relationships I’ve made working here as well as solving their problems.
