Aston University had been unable to attract a high calibre of Health & Safety candidates through conventional advertising methods and sought a recruitment partner qualified to answer and deliver on their specialist requirements.   • We defined a clear recruitment process, securing a good range of available candidates committed to engage in a two-stage interview process (one-to-one and panel interviews)

  • Shortlisted three specialist candidates for each role; all were taken to informal interview, and one progressed for each position to panel
