Disability Confident Committed
Posted on March 2022

As of 2021, the employment rate for disabled people was 28.4% lower than that of their non-disabled peers. While year-on-year trends have been positive, this figure displays the need for a continued change in culture and policy to support the employability of those with disabilities.
Venn Group are a Disability Confident Committed employer, and we are proud to have renewed our DCC affiliation for a further three years. As part of this, we are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive, as well as providing adjustments and support for employees to create an accessible work environment for all.
This is the latest step in our diversity and inclusion journey, ensuring differences are celebrated and no one is excluded from their right to work.
‘Equity in the workplace is fundamental to the success of our business. Being a Disability Confident Committed employer allows us to attract a wider talent pool and ensure we have a diverse workforce that reflects our candidate and client base.’
Kirsty MacDougall, Head of HR
