Stephen Foster Promotion

​Congratulations to Stephen Foster on his promotion to Manager of the Leeds Public Sector and Private Sector Finance teams.

“I am absolutely delighted to have been promoted to Manager, which is something I set my sights on very early on after joining Venn Group in 2015. Whilst recruitment is full of peaks and troughs, I have thoroughly enjoyed every single day working at Venn Group and I am extremely proud of this achievement. There is no doubt that I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of those on my team, as well as the leadership and guidance I have received from Johnny Shaw, Felicity Boynton, Stan Murray-Hession and most recently, Greg Jones; I really appreciate it and feel like I have learnt from some of the very best in the business.

I am lucky that I have some fantastic consultants around me that bring so many qualities to the team and as we continue to pull in the same direction, I feel there is no limit on what we can achieve across North Finance. I am very excited to see what they all go on to achieve in their own careers.”

“Steve joined Venn Group in July 2015 and during that time has become an integral part of the success of the Leeds office. Initially Steve worked solely on the private sector market, building a strong relationship with a wide range of key clients. Over the last couple of years, Steve has taken this expertise into the public sector with equal success.

He is widely known and respected for his relationship-building through his empathy and passion for the sector, receiving numerous recommendations and testimonials along the way. Steve has also been heavily involved in Leeds’s contribution to our charities and has organised many a social occasion across the office.

He has been and will continue to be an integral part of the Leeds office. I am excited to see how far he and the team will develop and grow. Congratulations Steve on this well-deserved promotion.”
