The Shared Learning Trust required a Financial Controller with education experience to join their dynamic department focused on the achievement and sharing of excellent practice. It was pivotal that the right skills were found to augment and help drive the newly shaped department.

  • Engaged by the client following a targeted communication to the Financial Director which outlined our previous success within education

  • Primarily conducted our search within our known network to gain either interest or referrals

  • From a longlist of 26 candidates, three were shortlisted and forwarded to the client with detailed summaries of their suitability

  • All three candidates were invited to a first-round interview, of whom two were moved to the second round

  • Following their successful final interview, our candidate was adding value to the department within three weeks
