Over the last 6 months our Digital Technology team have seen notable success, with clients selecting our candidates for 90% of jobs taken and every candidate placed recommending our service.
The roles we’ve filled have included Front-End Developers, Cyber Security Managers, and Engineers within DevOps and Data. Our success is driven by our team-based approach and upholding the promise of presenting three high-quality CVs within 48 hours of taking a technical specification.
With 2024 around the corner, we are already in discussions with a number of enterprise organisations across telecommunications, retail, energy, consultancy, and more, who are looking to partner with us on large-scale transformation projects that will create opportunities for our candidates within the four pillars of IT: DevOps, Data, Development and Cyber.

A clear priority frequently raised by clients is to address the gender imbalance in their workforce and hire a greater number of female employees. As established partners of Young Women’s Trust, we are using our position to advocate for women in technology by connecting young women to advice, guidance and inspiration in their career.
We have attended the MK Innovates STEM Festival and Karren Brady’s Women in Business and Tech Expo to hear first-hand from leading professionals in this industry; read more about what we learned here.
