Myles Argent Promotion

​Congratulations to Myles Argent on his promotion to Manager of our Charities South Corporate Services team. We heard from Myles and his Associate Director, Simon Hardy, about this achievement.

“I am absolutely delighted with the promotion to Manager, and am very proud to lead the Charities South division. I have received ongoing support throughout my time at Venn Group, being shown a clear, achievable pathway from day one by the management team who have gone out of their way to make sure I have reached those goals.

I want to say a massive thank you to both Simon Hardy and Louis Pearson for their development and advice, and for making it really enjoyable coming into work each day. And none of this would have been achievable without my excellent team: Violet, Sheyam and Megan. It has made my job extremely rewarding to see them develop into excellent consultants and reach their own personal milestones.

I’m excited to see how 2024 pans out and am looking forward to continue to work with those around me who have made my time here so fulfilling.”

In 2022/2023, Myles developed and executed the team strategy superbly to oversee a record-breaking year for the Charity remit. As you would expect, Myles led from the front throughout and consequently joined the Outstanding Achievers event in October this year.
