Case Study | Specialist Technology Recruitment - Fire and Rescue Service
Posted on January 2024
Delivering the resource required
With technical projects fully scoped out and ready to initiate, a Fire and Rescue Service in the North of England needed the expertise to deliver each outcome successfully. The migration of a fire prevention database from Microsoft CRM to Power Platform was the first to go live.
Priorities supported:
The successful delivery of the Power Applications Development Project
Partner with a consultancy adept in the supply of project delivery via G-Cloud
The provision of several resource options to help the client assess the benefits of each costed plan
Experience applied:
Employing the scope of work, we constructed a range of delivery plans that mapped out the cost vs benefit for each price point
Following a previous successful delivery via G-Cloud 13, the client was confident in our ability to grasp the intricacies of this project
Providing four clearly constructed options for the project enabled the client to select a solution that aligned on cost, time and deliverables
Outcomes achieved:
Our detailed understanding of the project meant we could scope out the variety of responses required alongside our experienced project managers
Within two weeks of the requisition, our project resource was in place
Engaging our extensive talent network within tech and DevOps allowed us to balance cost against the resource required
