James de Ste Croix, Senior Manager James joined Venn Group in 2003, relocating in 2008 to establish our Milton Keynes office which covers the East of England, and of which he is currently the Senior Manager. He has worked across various markets within Healthcare for over 20 years, building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. He has a thorough understanding of the interim Healthcare market and places a range of candidates through various frameworks including CCS RM6277. |

Tom Ripley, Senior Manager Tom has successfully supported our Healthcare Finance partners across the East of England for over a decade, predominantly in the provision of interim and temporary staffing. Since 2023 he has become Venn Group’s lead on Permanent and Executive Search for our public sector clients, including Healthcare, with a national footprint. |

Tim Worrell, Recruitment Consultant Tim joined Venn Group in early 2023 and has established himself as the NHS Finance specialist in the Milton Keynes office. Having placed candidates in a range of roles across numerous Trusts, he is continuing to build strong relationships with clients and is assisting with their Recruitment needs as the new financial year approaches. |

Chris Lambert, Executive Consultant Chris joined Venn Group in October 2020 straight after graduating from university. Since joining, Chris has specialised in the Public Healthcare Finance market and has supported many Trusts and ICBs in the Southeast across all levels. Given the success and strong relationships built throughout the NHS, Chris has recently joined the Private Healthcare market where he plans to continue to grow and develop strong client relationships. |
