I have been with Venn Group since 2017 and have exclusively worked in the Financial Services sector. I’ve been afforded the opportunity to develop my relationship-building skills, cultivate an understanding of market-specific knowledge, and deliver complex pieces of work.
The main reason I chose to join Venn Group was because of its deliberately collaborative team-based culture. It has allowed me to take ownership of my self-development whilst simultaneously being invested in the successes of the wider team.
In my role, I’m granted exposure to a contemporary and interesting sector. I find satisfaction in the fact that the impact of our work is visible in our wider environment and that the contributions we make are genuinely positive.
The theoretical and practical training offered has shaped my career development so far and I’m eager to experience and overcome even more challenges.
