I joined Venn Group in July 2014 and I haven’t looked back.
I chose Venn Group because of the team based working environment and the supportive training programme on offer.
I’ve enjoyed my time with Venn Group from a social and professional point of view. I’ve made many long lasting friendships and have made some great memories over the years. The company has also given me the tools to succeed and never held me back.
My career has progressed from Consultant through to Manager. I started with C&I Finance and was then given the opportunity to move and help set-up the Road and Rail team in order to progress. Throughout the last 6 and a half years, I’ve received nothing but support and commitment from everyone.
The Engineering market I now work on is varied and no day is the same. It also gives you the opportunity to work with a range of differing clients and candidates.
My long term career goals see me staying with Venn Group and progressing to Director. This is something I feel is achievable with the team I have around me.
