I started at Venn Group just over 4 years ago, fresh from a postgraduate degree, and came in with little to no experience of recruitment. After 4 years of training, and building a client base and desk within the NHS, I would confidently say that I am now a specialist in providing interim Corporate Functions staff to the public sector, specifically public and private health. My team’s main focus is to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, so that we can create a collaborative approach and mutual trust within our market.
Throughout the covid-19 period, it’s been really fulfilling for our team, as although it has sometimes been difficult, we can see the positive impact of our work in helping the NHS, and providing exclusive assistance to some of our busiest clients and hospitals.
When I’m not working, I enjoy relaxing in the sun (when we get some!), reading a good book, and having a zesty G&T.
