I joined Venn Group in September 2022. Having just left university, I knew I wanted to work in a people-centric role. The team aspect really appealed to me as it meant always having a good level of support on a day-to-day basis, whether that’s seeking advice or sharing out the workload, especially when it gets very busy on the desk!
I specialise in recruiting for Risk and Governance roles within Healthcare. It’s been so rewarding learning about the sector, slowly becoming a subject matter expert and building fruitful relationships with both candidates and clients. This is especially true when it comes to recruiting for niche roles – which there tends to be a lot of.
Outside of work, I do more work! On the weekends, I work in a Bespoke Jewellers in Canterbury to design all kinds of bespoke jewellery – it really is my creative outlet. I also relish any opportunity to spend time with my friends and family, and whipping up new recipes in my kitchen.
