I joined Venn Group in 2011, having been particularly attracted by the company’s team-based way of working, in house training programme (as I had never worked in recruitment before) and clear career progression that was available to me.
I started my career as a Consultant on the Manchester Housing Team covering all aspects within social housing where I then progressed to Manager having grown this aspect of the business, from here I was able to develop two more specialist teams covering Property Services and Housing Management/ Support Services.
In 2017 I was given the opportunity to be part of and help establish a new division within Venn Group – Construction & Engineering. Through the hard work and determination of the Consultants and Managers across these teams and the growth that we achieved I was promoted to Senior Manager.
Currently my responsibilities include all aspects of Construction, Road and Rail and also Property Services within the Social Housing.
I thoroughly enjoy being part of our success, providing an honest and straightforward approach to both our clients and candidates and I am excited to be part of the continued growth of our division and Venn Group as whole.
