I joined Venn Group back in 2018 as a complete blank canvas. I had no recruitment experience and to be honest, very little knowledge on what it was all about. I chose Venn Group because despite this, they still saw the potential in me and gave me a chance.
From my first day, up until now I am a completely different person! With the extensive training program and excellent support from my peers and managers, I am now a Senior Executive Consultant within the MK Housing team and love my job. Each day is different and the office environment is always inspiring and fun with new ideas and thoughts floating around each day.
My favourite part of the job is the rewarding feeling of when you get to offer someone a role they are passionate about. The look on their face or the excitement in their voice truly never gets old!
