I joined Venn Group in September 2022 after completing my Master's degree in International Relations and European Politics at the University of Bath. Being a fresh graduate with a background in retail and hospitality, I didn't know what the future held, but I knew I was ready to take the next steps in my career.
I was drawn to Venn Group by the Pathways and Milestones programme which provides clear opportunities and incentives for progression. Having started my career as a Resourcer, I’ve since been promoted through to Executive Consultant, and I look forward to continuing on this journey.
I sit on the South West Public Sector Legal team. We recruit specialist legal professionals of all levels into local authorities, universities, central government and the NHS, in and around Southwest England and South Wales. Building relationships with my clients and candidates is something I’ve found immensely rewarding. In this market, you truly feel as though you’re helping to make a difference within such important organisations.
Outside of work, I’m a travel and culture guru. I love a theatre trip and discovering new restaurants, cafés and bars. I’m at my happiest when travelling Europe and collecting stamps in my passport.
