I joined Venn Group in 2014 and now manage a team of experienced consultants who support the housing and property sector.
Initially working as a consultant, I recruited for all aspects of housing management and property services. The success we had in maintaining existing relationships and developing new clients enabled us to expand and create two teams dedicated to each sector. I was promoted to executive consultant in 2016 responsible for our property services team before being promoted to manager in 2018.
The social housing sector is challenging, and I enjoy the opportunity to work with a lot of fantastic people and with our experience, knowledge and straightforward advice clients trust us to source candidates that make a positive impact – whether it is a Gas Engineer, Building Surveyor or Director of Property services.
