Danielle Lambert

​I joined Venn Group in April 2022 as a Recruitment Resourcer. I chose Venn Group because it gave me clear progression. Having no experience in recruitment and starting a whole new career path was terrifying but being able to come in at a position which allowed me to learn and absorb information from experienced consultants before taking the leap of faith into 360 recruitment meant I was always set up to succeed.

My favourite thing about working here is the ability to never feel judged and to always have full support in whatever I do. I currently recruit for our Midlands Private Legal team; what I like about this market is that every day is different and consistently poses new challenges which allow me to form new marketing techniques and progress further.

Outside of work I really enjoy live music and always take advantage of gigs or festivals with friends and family, especially my brother who shares my love of and taste in music.
