Very few people, if any, when they are choosing their career at 16 say their dream job would be in recruitment (I know I certainly didn’t), but after 11 years in recruitment I can honestly say there is no place I would rather be than here at Venn Group. I now have a career I absolutely love, where I am fortunate enough to speak to fantastic clients and candidates on a daily basis, coupled with being part of a brilliant team.
I manage our locum team here on the legal division where we recruit across the Midlands, Central England, the Northern Home Counties and as far as East Anglia. We have a dedicated team who not only specialise in helping firms with their locum needs but have a passion to find candidates the right assignments.
Away from work my world revolves around my family; from watching our son play football to as many holidays as possible – I love creating memories which will last a lifetime.
