I completed my LPC in September 2021 and wasn’t too sure what to do next. When I was approached to join Venn Group, I realised that legal recruitment was the ideal role for me.
I work within the Public Sector Legal team in Birmingham and cover councils, universities, and other public bodies, helping to match them with talented legal professionals. I love working within this market as I feel like I am helping to make a change in such impactful organisations. There is also the added benefit of helping my university friends as they embark on their careers.
I have really enjoyed my time at Venn Group; working alongside such a successful team has been a privilege, with no question being too large or small to ask. Whether it's inside work or out, my team are so supportive and are always happy to help, which was undoubtedly been a huge factor in achieving Senior Executive Consultant early in my recruitment career. Outside of work, I am partial to a dog walk, a bottle (or two) of prosecco, and planning holidays!
