‘I joined Venn Group’s Bristol Office in 2019 shortly after graduating. I started out on our South West Private Legal team then in 2021 shifted focus to Public Legal assisting the Local Authorities across the South West and South Wales.
In April 2024, I moved over to head up our Local Government team, specialising in all areas of public sector recruitment. Myself mostly focussing on Finance, Property Services, Project Management/Change and Social Care but the team covers all directorates and every level from Directors to Administrative Support.
I love the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of this work and the variety of roles I get to see. The Public Sector market is very diverse and ever-changing, working in this sector has allowed me to expand my knowledge and interests whilst keeping me on my toes!
On the weekends, I run half marathons… and then recover at the pub. Life’s all about balance, right?’
