Hannah Powell

I joined Venn Group in March 2023, following being a Venn Group contractor via the Healthcare HR team. I joined Venn Group because my candidate experience with the NHS HR team was excellent; I was freshly graduated and had somewhat of a turbulent recruitment process and the team supported me every step of the way. When my contract came to an end, I got in touch with Rebecca Cass to see if Venn were accepting applications, and here I am! 

I now recruit for Healthcare HR, Marketing and Communications; I like working within this market because I get to draw on my previous experience of working in NHS HR and I am learning new things every day about the complex system that is the NHS. I also enjoy my role as a consultant as I feel like I am making a positive impact on candidates and clients, by matching candidates to the right roles and filling in gaps for clients when they pushed for time. My favourite thing about working at Venn Group is the team-centric approach to working, I'm lucky that I get to work on a business unit with some amazing consultants who are all incredibly supportive and celebrate each other's successes. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends and hitting a few golf balls at the driving range with my dad and brothers. I'm also a huge foodie and love going out to new places to eat in London!
