Having had five years of recruitment experience, I chose to join Venn Group to further my career and become part of a great culture with lots of support around me.
I like that Venn Group has a clear path to career progression and how well it is celebrated in the company; it’s very encouraging that the Directors really care about progression and success within the business. I specifically specialise in the recruitment for Design and Development in the private sector.
Outside of work, I enjoy the simple pleasures of a beer garden when I’m not playing a high level of field hockey as a goalkeeper!
