Since joining Venn Group as a graduate in 2014, I have been continuously trained and developed throughout all stages of my career which allowed me to become an established biller before progressing onto a management pathway. I am now responsible for managing teams of Consultants across 3 remits (Estates & Facilities, HR and Healthcare Commissioning & Operations). Working with our talented Consultants and playing an active role in their development has now become a big motivator for me. It is a great feeling to see so many go on and hit their milestones, triggering pay reviews and promotions in the process. The team culture at Venn Group means that everyone has a genuine interest in your success and progression.
Outside of work, I have my other job of being dad to my beautiful daughters Elsie and Gracie and I am a Chelsea season ticket holder (and domestic and European away regular!)
